The University of Toronto Department of Astronomy and Astrophysics offers both graduate and undergraduate courses, programmes and research in astronomy, astrophysics, stars, galaxies and cosmology.

We are part of the Faculty of Arts and Science and the School of Graduate Studies and have strong ties to CITA/ICAT (The Canadian Institute for Theoretical Astrophysics), DI (Dunlap Institute for Astronomy and Astrophysics), and the Department of Physics.
